How to do make metal badges?

Process 1: Design Custom Badges drawing. With the popularization of computer technology, computer drawings have replaced the previous manual drawings. In order to generate 3D badge effect drawing, 3D Max and other software are required to support it. Process 2: Make Lapel Pin Badge molds. Import the draft designed by the computer into the program of the fine carving machine and weave the knife path for mold carving. In the process of carving, pay attention to the thickness of the knife grain. After carving, compare the mold according to the picture. Finally, heat treatment is carried out on the mould to enhance its hardness and durability. 

Process 3: Suppression. The mould, which is often heat treated, is mounted on the platen, and the pattern is pressed on different Metal Pin Badge making materials such as copper or iron sheets. 

Process 4: Blanking. Use the knife die made in advance, the product according to its shape, with a punch down the product. 

Process 5: Polishing. The knife die down the product into the polishing machine polishing, remove the stamping burr, improve the finish of the product.
