Are the prices of your products real?

What is the format of the design draft for customizing customer products?



Original AI/CDR/PDF and other documents should be provided for the design draft. If there is no original design, clear pictures can be provided.

Does the mold fee include the proofing fee? How many samples can we provide?



The mold fee is also the sample making fee. 2-5 samples will be provided. If the amount is large, only 1 sample will be provided. If the customer needs more samples (no more than 5), the sample fee will be charged separately according to the product unit price.

How do I know if the product you make is in line with the customer's design? Can I change the mold in the middle?



After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings for the customer to confirm. Before the formal mold opening, the customer can put forward suggestions for modification. Our company will modify the mold scheme if it is technically possible. In the process of mold opening, if the mold drawing has been confirmed for the customer's reasons, the customer will bear the cost of remaking the mold.
